Different rhubarb juices

Two different colors of rhubarb stalks and two different sugar solutions resulted in vastly different colored juices. On the left, this syrup used more green-colored rhubarb stalks, much more sugar and yielded much more syrup. On the right, this syrup used more red-colored stalks, used much less sugar and yielded much less juice.
